Shusha Global Media Forum 3947
The Global Media Forum took place on July 21–23, 2023, in Shusha, Azerbaijan. The forum honors the 148th anniversary of the National Press Media of Azerbaijan as well as the 100th birthday of the National Leader of Azerbaijan, Haydar Aliyev.
Ilham Aliyev, the president of Azerbaijan, participated in a panel discussion during the Forum's opening session. As honorary guests, Mr. Sultan Raev, Secretary General of TURKSOY, and Mr. Kubanychbek Omuraliyev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, attended the forum.
State agencies from 34 countries were present at the forum, but there were also numerous volunteers from Azerbaijan, 60 members of the local media, and 12 representatives of international organizations.
