“Element” has created a unique design for Alisher Navoi International Prize of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States. The visual of Alisher Novai is placed in the center of the prize. In general, the symbol formed by the books in the center and located behind the Novai symbolizes the Sun – the brightness and the wisdom. The eight-pointed star displayed along the edges of the prize reflects the "Turkism" and "Turkic linguistics" that Novai advocated throughout all his life. 
First time ever the Alisher Navoi International Prize was awarded to Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aytmatov in 2022.
